Veronica Leyba "Envyme" Joins ONE FAMM MUSIC GROUP, A Division of SONY Music
ONE FAMM MUSIC GROUP (OFMG), a division of SONY Music, proudly announces the signing of their latest Hip-Hop sensation, Envyme. Bringing a fresh perspective to the industry with her bilingual rap style and deep connection to her Hispanic heritage, Envyme is set to make a powerful impact through her raw storytelling and passionate music.
As a female artist navigating the complexities of the music industry, Veronica Leyba—better known by her stage name Envyme—has faced numerous challenges. "Being a woman in this industry, especially as a Latina, I’ve often been viewed through a narrow lens, but my passion for music and my desire to create relatable, meaningful art have kept me going," she explains.
Hailing from a local city, Envyme struggled to gain the support she needed to advance her career. "The road has been tough," she reflects. "I was often seen as a sex object rather than a serious artist, but I never sold my soul. My experiences only fueled my determination to succeed and break through the barriers that have held me back."
Drawing from her Hispanic roots, Envyme’s music is infused with bilingual lyrics, reflecting both the culture she proudly represents and her lived experiences. Her songs speak to the reality of life’s struggles, emphasizing resilience and perseverance. "My music isn’t about being popular or following the typical industry trends," she says. "I rap about real-life experiences, especially the challenges faced by those who feel marginalized or unheard."
D.T., Vice President of ONE FAMM MUSIC GROUP, shared his excitement: “Envyme brings an incredible blend of authenticity, cultural richness, and raw talent to the table. Her bilingual approach gives her music an added dimension, and her voice will resonate with diverse audiences. We are thrilled to have her as part of the ONE FAMM family.”
Theo 'Mr. Network' Hall III, CEO and Founder of OFMG, added: “Envyme’s music is more than just words—it’s a reflection of her strength, resilience, and powerful vision as an artist and as a proud Latina woman. Her ability to bridge cultures through her bilingual lyrics is exactly what this industry needs. We are proud to support her as she begins this incredible journey.”
Throughout her journey, Envyme has encountered many challenges, but she’s used them to build her confidence and sharpen her resolve. "I’ve been through real struggles that many only rap about," she explains. "But I don’t glorify that lifestyle. I want to educate others on the realities behind the glamour and show them there’s more to life than what’s often celebrated."
For Envyme, her music is more than entertainment—it’s a platform for empowerment. "I want my music to resonate with those who feel unheard and offer a different perspective on what it means to be 'cool.' There are many aspects of life worth celebrating, and I hope to reflect that in my work."
With her upcoming debut under ONE FAMM MUSIC GROUP, Envyme is ready to make her mark on the music industry—one that bridges cultures, speaks truth, and empowers those who’ve been silenced.
